Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care in inspecting and packaging every piece of Ru Porcelain before shipment.

 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

 To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be free from damage, stains, or signs of use
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

 To initiate a return, please contact us at support@originru.com before sending any item back.

 Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used items
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items, if applicable

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

 If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • Any visible damage

 We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

 Return Shipping Costs

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item was defective
  • An incorrect item was shipped

 We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

 Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

 If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.

 Order Cancellations

 Orders may be canceled before shipment.

 Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy outlined above.
