Shipping

• Processing Time
  Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery Time
  Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

• Shipping Rates
  - Free shipping on orders over $99
  - Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout
• Customs Duties & Taxes
  International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Tracking
  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

• 30-Day Returns
  We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and condition. To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back.
• Return Shipping
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items
  If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
  We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Refunds
  Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
